Who we are – just Polish-speaking members of AA who decided to carry the Alcoholic Annonymous’ message to still suffering members of the Polish community in the UK. With the influx of immigration from Poland at the beginning of this century, the phenomenon of „Polish AA groups” emerged rapidly and grew into strong numbers, reaching the peak nearly one hundred.

Today, we are gathered into 5 specifically Polish intergroups. This website is developed by the Midlands Polish Speaking Intergroup, which comprises 22 groups.

As an AA Intergroup, we follow general AA principles and ways of action. We are fully integrated with the other AA Fellowships’ structures in Poland and the UK. Should you require some more information about AA Fellowship in general please refer to our official website. You should also be able to get in contact with General Service Office at York in case of any further questions. If needed you may validate most of our meetings at this website although some of our groups may still be in the process of registration.
